Shipping Policy

At GOOD Clothing, we’re committed to ensuring your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Once you place an order, we carefully process it within two to three business days. We ship across Canada, the USA, Europe, and many international destinations, using trusted couriers to get your items to you safely.

For orders shipping to Canada, you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days. If you're in the USA, it may take 7 to 15 business days. For customers in Europe, delivery times typically range from 10 to 20 business days. For all other regions, it could take 12 to 27 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination. You'll see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase. We also make an effort to use eco-friendly packaging because we care about both your experience and the planet.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If that happens, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. If you’d like to start a return, email us at admin@arianoir.com with your order number and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. This typically takes five to seven business days. If you’re looking to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there’s been an error on our end. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.
